The Reef Playacar Beach Resort & Spa, Playa del Carmen

I had an amazing vacation at the resort! The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, with friendly staff who really make you feel at home. The activities were engaging, and the food was delicious, though I felt there could be even healthier choices available. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a getaway, albeit a bit far from the airport.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The atmosphere felt like a cozy summer camp, with amazing service and delicious food. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and 5th avenue. However, the only hiccup was a brief issue with hot water, but it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a hidden gem that I hope to keep for myself, but I definitely want to return with my family.

Unfortunately, these positives didn't make up for the negatives.
